Behind the Sisters offers a variety of event and wedding planning services. From holiday parties and themed parties to business dinners and fundraisers. If you don't see a service package that fits your needs, contact us to set up a consultation to create your own package! We will help you plan the event of your dreams! We strive to go above and beyond for our customers.

FULL-SERVICE WEDDING PLANNER

$2,500.00

Includes:
-unlimited consultations (phone, email, in-person)
- Brain storming sessions
- Theme development
- Assistance with invitations and RSVP
- Transportation arrangements
- Hotel blocks for guests
- Venue selections
- Budget management
- Day-Of coordinator
- Menu Recommendations
- Creation of inspiration board
- Day-Of timeline
- Vendor contacts

$300.00 deposit must be made at first consultation.

DAY-OF WEDDING SERVICE

$1,500.00

"The show must go on!" We are there to make sure all events go according to plan. This package includes: a day-of coordinator that is there to make sure your big day goes as smooth as possible! We are there to help where needed in order to take the stress off the bride. This service is offered for a total of 5 hours on the day of your wedding. Additional hours can be added at $75.00 per hour.

If coordinator is helping with ceremony she will need to be at the rehearsal. Rehearsal price is $75.00 per hour.

$300.00 deposit must be made at first consultation.

WEDDING CONSULTANT

$600.00

Don't need a planner but want more ideas? This package includes a three hour consultation with a wedding consultant. We will share ideas, vendor referrals, timelines, tips, budget trackers and inspirational photos. Additional hours can be added on for $100.00 per hour.

$75.00 deposit must be made at first consultation.

FULL-SERVICE EVENT PLANNER

$2,000.00

Includes:
- Define goals
- Venue search & contracting
- Budget development & management
- Planning & event timelines
- Registration support
- Theme-based elements
- Vendor Scheduling
(catering, entertainment, venue, etc.)
- On-site event production

$150.00 deposit must be made at first consultation.

CREATE YOUR OWN PACKAGE

$50.00 deposit must be made at first consultation.

HOURLY - WEDDING/EVENT PLANNER

$100.00 PER HOUR (MIN. 3 HRS)

Don't need a planner on the day-of or throughout the planning process? Hire an hourly wedding/event planner. We will meet with you (minimum of 3 hours) to share ideas, help contact vendors, help with set-up, or help where needed. *This is not a consultation.*

$50.00 deposit must be made at first consultation.

Vendor Fee
10% of vendor cost
If your package requires us to work with other vendors (i.e., caterers, florist, DJ, etc.) there will be a vendor fee applied. The vendor fee will be a percentage of the total cost of each vendor.

Distance Fee
$55.00
If your event is located outside of our regular service area, we will charge a one-time fee for travel.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN A $75.00 FEE. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT DATE. CANCELLATIONS MADE AFTER THE 30 DAY MARK MUST BE PAID IN FULL WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE CANCELLATION DATE.
